About Us

Have you ever wished that your condominium, homeowner, or civic association was more than just one voice in our community? When created in 1989, one of the purposes of the Presidents Council of Greater Naples Property Owners Associations was to establish and maintain for the benefit of its member property owners and civic association, a forum for the advancement of public policy which represents the best interests of residential property owners in the City of Naples and County of Collier.  In 2009, the organization was renamed the Collier County Presidents Council (CCPC).

These are uncertain times in Collier County.  In particular, matters of foreclosure and code enforcement affect many of our associations.  We want to provide accurate and meaningful assistance to establish and maintain effective communication among our member associations.  We want to provide a platform wherein we can have timely interaction with the Board of County Commissioners and other appropriate governmental bodies, organizations, and agencies.  We must remain vigilant and pro-active in conducting our affairs.

Our current focus is to have timely discussions and speakers addressing the many and various functions required to run our HOA/condo organizations effectively and efficiently.  Topics such as security, budgets, landscaping, lakes & pond maintenance, infrastructure, personnel policies, etc. are discussed in a "best practices" sense, such that we can learn the pitfalls as well as the successes from one another that we have experienced.

Why should your association join? Let's share our knowledge base with each other to more productively manage our associations.  And at the same time, improve our quality of life, while significantly having a positive effect on our property values.

As its name indicates, the organization is composed of the presidents or their designees of homeowner, condominium, and civic associations in Collier County. Meetings are generally held at 9:00 a.m. on the second Friday of the month in the Community Room of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce offices at 2390 Tamiami Trail North, with the program format varying from having guest speakers, workshops on the functional aspects of running our associations and discussions targeting specific hot issues that affect the membership.

All Collier County homeowner, condominium, and civic associations are encouraged to attend one of our meetings as a guest.  Use the Contact Us feature of this website to receive information about our next meeting.  Give us a chance to show you how you and your community might benefit from membership in the CCPC.
